Consultations

It starts
with an hour.

Everyone starts with a consultation. It isn't a formality before the real appointment - it is the appointment that everything else depends on.

What to expect

An hour,
just for you.

Your appointment is with Chelsea, in a private room, and runs around an hour. Only one patient is booked at a time, so there's no clock-watching.

You talk, your health history is reviewed, then your face is assessed properly. By the end you'll know what Chelsea is seeing and why it matters.

Anything appropriate for you is discussed privately in the room, based on your assessment. Nothing is suggested before that's done.

You leave with a written plan and no obligation to book anything. Plenty of people go away and think about it.

The Process

Eight things we cover together.

1

Understanding your concerns

What you've noticed, how long it's been there and what you'd like to be different. No jargon needed.

2

Medical history

Your health, medications, allergies and anything you've had done before. It changes what's safe and sensible for you.

3

Facial assessment

Proportion, structure, skin and movement, looked at from every angle and photographed so we can review it together.

4

Suitability assessment

Whether anything is appropriate for you right now. Sometimes the honest answer is not yet, or not at all.

5

Education

You're shown the findings and the reasoning behind them in plain language, so nothing is taken on trust.

6

Personalised planning

A written plan for your face, staged over time rather than crammed into one appointment.

7

Informed decision making

You take the plan home and think about it. Nothing goes ahead until every question is answered.

8

Follow-up care

Reviews and ongoing support, because how something settles matters more than how it looks on day one.

Preparing

A few things
to bring.

  • Come with a clean face if you can.
  • A list of your medications and any allergies.
  • Anything relevant in your medical or cosmetic history.
  • A rough idea of what's bothering you - "I look tired" is fine.
  • An hour in your day, so nothing is rushed.
  • A partner or friend, if you'd like a second opinion.

Next Step

Let's start with a
consultation.

An hour with Chelsea, a full facial assessment and a written plan to take home. There's no obligation to book anything after it.
