This is the longest appointment at the clinic, and it's for people who'd rather understand their whole face than chase one feature at a time.
Skin, soft tissue, muscle and bone all change at different rates. That's why two people the same age can look nothing alike, and why a plan that worked for a friend may make no sense for you.
Everything is assessed together and reviewed with you. What comes out of it is a staged plan, in order of priority, not a shopping list.
