This is an area where suitability matters more than anywhere else. Not every nose and not every patient is appropriate, and that decision is made carefully.
The appointment is an assessment and a conversation. You'll be shown your profile photographs and told plainly what can and can't be influenced.

If the assessment shows you're a suitable candidate, appropriate options and their risks are explained in detail, with informed consent.
If you're not suitable, that's said clearly, along with why. Referral to a specialist may be the right answer instead.
